What You Need to Know:
Your items must be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and have their original tags still attached.
To initiate a return, simply contact us within 15 days from the date of purchase.
We’ll arrange for a pickup of the items right from your doorstep.
Place the garments in their original cloth drawstring pouch for safekeeping.
Exceptions to Returns: Please note that we cannot accept returns or process refunds in the following scenarios:
Items that were purchased on sale.
Items that were purchased with a discount code.
Items from international orders.
Items purchased through Cash on Delivery.
Items bought at exhibitions or pop-up events.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on undergarments and innerwear.
Refund Process:
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is completed.
If you don’t see the refund in your account after 14 days, please share the confirmation with your bank to expedite the process.
